people with disorders worry me. well they worry everyone.
But they believe not eating makes them lose weight really fast, but it doesnt.
Because their body grabs stored fats and uses it up so basically it’s like you’re eating while you’re not actually physically eating.
I don’t know why people think doing something less with make something less.
If they did research they’d find a diet that actually makes them lose weight, by eating only 100 grams of meat 3-4 times a day. its shocking that eating something can actually make someone lose weight but it’s also healthy because you’re not starving yourself with no nutrients.
The catch is though, you can’t eat anything else, like vegetables/cereals/nuts e.t.c or it won’t work.
Because there’s a big physical difference between looking skinny + sick and looking skinny + healthy
Alot of family friends I know have done it and literally lost 10kgs and what not in short periods.
Ceebs getting with the ‘science’ part of how it works but it just does.
So whoevers out there starving themselves … eat along with working out.
